Mental Well-Being for Community Leaders (MW)
Leading Through Challenging Times: Mental Well-Being for Community Leaders (MW)
Supporting individual, team and community mental well-being for community leaders.
In times of crisis, leadership can feel isolating. The weight of responsibility is heavy, and balancing the demands of your role while maintaining your mental health is critical—not just for you but also for your team and the communities you serve.
But who supports you? How do you lead with confidence in uncertain times? How can you help your community navigate challenges while protecting your well-being?
This course is designed for community leaders in public-facing roles—economic developers, elected officials, municipal staff, and nonprofit directors—who are expected to step up when times get tough.
It is an optional Community Economic Development Training Program (CEDTP) course.
