YEAR 3 - FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM (NIAGARA-ON-THE LAKE)

Registration required by December 15, 2010; topic approval by January 12, 2011; and draft paper to be submitted by mid-April 2011.  Presentation of paper at the course is part of the requirements.  Final revised draft to be ready by mid-October 2011, for publication on-line as Volume 13, Papers in Canadian Economic Development.
