What Wendy requires is information pertaining to various types of farmers markets in Canada (particularly cities around the size of St. John's), perhaps some pictures of these markets, how they operate (governance structures), what resources they use, whether the municipal governments are involved and to what extent. etc. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Bob/City of St. Albert are starting to put the framework around the standards and methodology to conduct an industrial and commercial lands absorption study. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of commercial and industrial land to sustain the future needs of the community. They would be interested in seeing the criteria and scope of any recent study's.

One of the smaller rural communities here in Pictou County – Merigomish - is looking to build a new community centre. Their budget will be modest, probably in or under the half million dollar range.
